The iRaters app is designed for trading your giftcards & digital assets for cash seamlessly.

To use our app, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our app to:

Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity;

Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our app, or the servers and networks connected to our app;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our app or to any other user's account;

Use our app to promote or engage in any commercial activity;

Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The iRaters App and all content and materials contained in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of iRaters or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content or materials in the app without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The iRaters app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the content or materials contained in the app will be accurate or complete. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Termination

These Terms of Service and your use of the iRaters App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and iRaters with respect to your use of the app, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and iRaters.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
